1. Until when can I still cancel my reservation?
Cancellation deadlines vary and are stated on your confirmation, depending on the room rate booked.
A cancellation free of charge is generally no longer possible on the day of arrival. For cancellations or no-shows, we charge 90% of the room rate per room and night or 70% of the booked arrangement if we are unable to resell it. All cancellations must be made in writing.
2. When can I arrive and when do I have to leave?
Arrival is possible from 3 pm, please depart by 11 am. You are welcome to enquire about extending your departure at short notice.
This is possible depending on availability, we charge 10 € per started hour until 4 pm, from 4 pm the daily room rate.
3. What is included in my room rate?
- Overnight stay in the booked room category
- Welcome invitation - 1 glass of DEINHARD Pinot Noir brut, Chardonnay brut or Riesling dry
- Breakfast buffet in the morning in our restaurant ‘Flora’
- Coffee machines in every room
- Use of our wellness and spa with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared loungers, relaxation areas
- Wellness bag with cosy bathrobe and sauna towels on loan (please bring your own slippers for the sake of the environment)
- In-room tablets with all important information for use during your stay
- Mineral water and wines in your in-room wine bar
- Use of the Internet throughout the house
4. May I also bring my dog?
With pleasure! Please let us know when you book your room. Our reception team will be happy to inform you about the best routes for walks. We charge 20 € per night per dog and room.
In the restaurant areas, however, we must take the wishes of all guests into consideration. Pets are not permitted here.
5. How do I secure a table at the DIAN restaurant?
Simply click on the following link. We will be happy to confirm your booking in writing.
6. Can our child sleep in our room with us?
Very welcome. Children up to 12 years in parents' bed are free of charge (breakfast 14 €). Extra beds cost 55 € including breakfast (not possible in the Comfort or Deluxe category).
Baby cots are free of charge subject to availability and pre-booking.
7. Are there disabled-friendly rooms or rooms with other amenities?
Yes, located on the first and second floor - accessible via the corresponding lift. There are also disabled-accessible rooms with connecting doors for accompanying persons.

The hotel also has rooms with connecting doors, please ask for these when booking. Well suited for families. - Family room:
Are larger and have a pull-out sofa or an extra room.
8. Can own bicycles be stored in a locked room?
We are happy to provide you with a lockable bicycle storage room with charging station for e-bikes free of charge.
You are also welcome to reserve e-bikes directly via our website under the heading 'Holiday region Bernkastel-Kues'. A selection of e-bikes is available in the bike cellar. Please book in good time.
9. Where can I park my car?
You can park in our video-monitored underground car park. The price for this is 18 € per day and vehicle.
10. Is there a charging station for electric cars?
There are two electric car charging stations in our upper underground car park. We charge 40 € / charge. Charging cards are available at reception.
11. Can I also have breakfast as a ‘non-overnight guest’?
Yes, you are welcome to take part in our rich champagne breakfast buffet, please reserve in advance by calling 0049 6531 97154 0.
